Pouring more make-believe money into the economy can be likened to an alcoholic who takes another drink to ward off his hangover. He feels OK for a while, but when the effect of the new drink wares off, he's in an even deeper depression. Let me bottom line this for you again: Every new make-believe dollar that is pumped into the economy gets its value by taking value from the dollars that are already in the economy.
