In the present, government-created, financial scam, there's a factor that was not present (or at least was not recognized) in the depression of the 1930's. That factor is the destruction of the environment -- Global Warming / Global Climate change.

There's another major factor in deficit financing --- That factor is the interest charged on the borrowed money. Any time interest is charged on a loan, the borrower is spending his/her/their future. If interest is charged on the loan, the borrower becomes an indentured servant to the lender. When the government borrows money (deficit finances anything) you become the borrower. Like it or not, it's you and your children who are paying the price of the loan. It's you and your children who will have to pay back the loan and pay interest on that loan until it is paid back.

Another factor to consider is that regardless of what we do, we (the collective we) have already made numerous changes that will play themselves out no mater what actions we choose to take. We can lesson the negative impact of those changes, but we cannot (with current technology) undo them. In many cases, the best we can do is stop making things worse.

Evidence: Anywhere there are concentrations of power, there is the capacity for misuse, and given the low level of the average consciousness, the almost inevitable certainty that where there is a concentration of financial power is almost certainly being misused.

Much of what is peddled as truth is actually lies designed to keep the illusion from sinking

The vast majority of the decisions and activities of our so-called leaders are designed to keep the "lie" from collapsing and to keep themselves in positions of power. The manipulators and con artists who run the world have been peddling lie upon lie for centuries. Their present goal is to keep the entire "house of cards" from collapsing. Their system is based on lies and fairytales. Here are some samples:

God is a superhuman being living in the sky.

Humans are separate from God, separate from nature, and separate from each other.

Their faith-based economy is (i.e. the Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Lending.)

Resolution: Sooner or later the truth will come out and the illusions will crash. Humanity as a species is presently in serious trouble. T he longer we wait, the more painful the healing process will be. If we wait too long the patient (humanity) will die. Here's why:

We (the collective we) have turned on Nature's Doomsday Machine. Unless we turn it back off within the next ten years, the Earth’s temperature will rise about eighteen degrees Fahrenheit within this century. The ocean level will rise by about forty feet. Glaciers and mountain snow caps will disappear. Dozens of other destructive changes will occur. The consequences will be devastating, deadly, and irreversible!

The rise in ocean level will force billions of people out of their homes. The loss of mountain snow caps will leave over thirty percent of the world’s population without fresh water in the dry season. Billions of people will likely die of environmental exposure or starvation. Most large life forms on the entire planet will become extinct.
